Frequently Asked Questions:

1) When do you meet?

Project Gym members meet on Sunday mornings from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The Sunday meetings are part warm up, part skill-sharing and part project time. The group works together to help their fellow artists push their work into new possibilities. The Spring 2014 session will run March and April.

Project Gym: Home Gym will take place in February. Virtual meetings will be scheduled with the members. They will include both private consultations and google hangout group meetings.

2) Which Membership is Right for Me?

Full Project Gym Membership is for you if: you have projects you’d like to bring to the group; you’re considering a move into project creation; you want a regular creative workout that highlights collaborative inquiry and exploration; you seek a regular regimen of exposure to the creative processes of others in order to stay in tune with your own potential. You have the time to attend regular weekly sessions.

Guest passes are for you if: you’re curious but skeptical; you’d love to work-out with other artists but have other venues for exploring your own work; you simply cannot commit the time required to invest in a full semester’s membership at present.

Home Gym Membership is for you if: you are an artist with a burning drive to create new work, are interested in collaborative inquiry and seek a creative workout regimen but are not located in the Washington Metropolitan Area or are unable to commit to weekly in-person meetings.
